3 Ingredient Mexican Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 1 flaat boneless skinless thighs
- 1 envelope Taco seasoning mix
- 1 24-oz jar mild salsa
PREPARATION
- Place chicken in crock.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 taco seasoning; toss to coat.
- Pour salsa over chicken.
- Cook on LOW 4.5 hours.
- Shred chicken, return to crock.
- Stir in remaining taco seasoning.
- Cook on LOW 30 minutes.
- , Serve iver Mexican rice or with tortillas.
