A1 Swiss Steak
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs stew meat
- 1/4 c steak sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 c water
PREPARATION
- Toss meat with sauce, put in slow cooker.
- Top with onion and tomatoes.
- Cover, cook on LOW 9 hours.
- Mix flour and water, stir into slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 10-15 minutes, or until thickened.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
