Aegean Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 3 breast halves, cubed
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 12 oz Kalamata olives
- 32 oz stewed tomatoes
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 c beer
- 2 c water
PREPARATION
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in slow cooker.
- Add olives, mushrooms and tomatoes.
- Pour in beer and water.
- Cover, cook on LOW 6 hours.
