Antipasto Mason Jar Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 quart mason jars
  • 7.5 Tbsp olive oil and vinegar dressing
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 3 jarred roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 15 pepperoncini, stems cut off
  • 5 thin slices each: salami, sandwich pepperoni, capicola, prosciutto, provolone
  • 3 c greens

PREPARATION

  1. Layer ingredients in order listed in mason jars.
  2. When ready to eat, shake and pour into a bowl.
