Asian Plum Chicken Thighs
INGREDIENTS
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 tsp 5-spice powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- scallions
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 c plum jam
PREPARATION
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and 5-spice powder
- Place in slow cooker.
- Combine jam and broth in small bowl, pour over chicken.
- Cover, cook on low 8 hours.
- Garnish with scallions.
