BBQ Rub 1/2 pint (1½ pintts)
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp (6 Tbsp) smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp (6 Tbsp) brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp (3 Tbsp) dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp (3 Tbsp) chili powder
- 1 Tbsp (3 Tbsp) onion powder
- 2 tsp (2 Tbsp) garlic granular powder
- 2 tsp (2 Tbsp) salt
- 1 tsp (1 Tbsp) cumin
- 1 tsp (1 Tbsp) cinnamon
- 1 tsp (1 Tbsp) pepper
PREPARATION
- put in small (quart) mason jar. Screw on lid.
- Shake to combine. Remove lumps with mini-whisk or fork.
