Bacon Cheddar Chicken Tenders
INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c crushed pork rinds
- 1/2 c FINELY SHREDDED cheddar
- 1 pkg (3 oz) bacon bits
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- Ranch for dipping
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 425
- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In shallow bowl, beat egg
- In gallon zipper bag, combine pork rinds, cheese and bacon bits.
- Dip each tender in egg, then shake in bag to coat.
- Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes, turning once, or until chicken is cooked.
- Serve with ranch.
