---++ Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
---+++ Ingredients

   * 2 lbs ground beef
   * 1/2 cup graded onion
   * 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
   * 2 eggs, lightly beaten
   * 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
   * 8 slices american cheese, 6 oz., or 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
   * 6 strips uncooked bacon

---+++ Preperation
   1 Preheat oven to 350
   2 In a large bowl mix beef, eggs, and dry ingredients until well combined
   3 transfer 2/3 of the meat mixture to pan make a well for the filing fill center with 1 cup of sliced or shredded cheese. top with remaining meat sealing the edges. 
   4 Layer bacon slices, overlapping slightly, over top of meatloaf
   5 Transfer to oven and bake for 50 min.
   6 Remove from oven and let cool for 10 min.
   7 Put on cooling rack wait 15 mins before cutting and serving.
   8 Enjoy!
