Bacon Chicken Pinwheels
INGREDIENTS
- 1 flat chicken tenders
- 8 strips thick bacon
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- bbq seasoning
- toothpicks soaked in water
- ranch dressing
PREPARATION
- Cook bacon slightly, do not crisp. Just get it colored good.
- With bacon in the middle, make 4 pinwheels by laying bacon on top of tenders and rolling up.
- Secure with toothpicks.
- Whisk oil and liquid smoke.
- Brush on both sides of pinwheels and sprinkle with BBQ seasoning.
- Heat skillet over medium.
- Cook pinwheels until chicken is done, about 7 minutes on a side.
- Serve with ranch for dipping.
