Bacon Chocolate Bark
INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices thick bacon
- 1 Tbsp caramel sauce
- 2 oz bittersweet chocolate
PREPARATION
- Place bacon on rack in shallow pan
- Brush with caramel sauce.
- Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes, until crisp.
- Cool; cut into 1" pieces.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Place chocolate on parchment.
- Bake 4-5 minutes, until soft.
- Using the back of a spoon, spread into a thin layer.
- Cover with bacon pieces.
- Chill 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.
- Cut into pieces.
