---++ Bacon Chocolate Bark
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 slices thick bacon
   * 1 Tbsp caramel sauce
   * 2 oz bittersweet chocolate
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Place bacon on rack in shallow pan
   1. Brush with caramel sauce. 
   1. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes, until crisp.
   1. Cool; cut into 1" pieces.
   1. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
   1. Place chocolate on parchment.
   1. Bake 4-5 minutes, until soft.
   1. Using the back of a spoon, spread into a thin layer.
   1. Cover with bacon pieces.
   1. Chill 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.
   1. Cut into pieces.
