Bacon Ranch Bubble-Up Bake
INGREDIENTS
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz bacon, diced, cooked, drained
- 1.25 c ranch dressing
- 1 can Grands-style biscuits
- 1 c shredded Cheddar
PREPARATION
- Heat oven to 375
- In skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink in center.
- In ungreased 13" x 9" glass baking dish, mix chicken and bacon and ranch.
- Stir until ranch coats everything.
- Separate biscuit dough into eight biscuits, cut each into 8 pieces.
- Evenly spread pieces over chicken mixture.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until biscuit pieces are puffed and no longer doughy
- Sprinkle with cheddar and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Cut into squares to server.
