Bacon-Ranch Chicken and Pasta
INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken breasts
- 6 slices bacon, diced and cooked
- 2-3 tsp garlic
- 1 1-oz package Ranch dressing & dip mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c water
- 12 oz pasta
DIRECTIONS
- Spray green crock with cooking spray, place chicken breasts in slow cooker
- In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients except pasta. Pour over chicken.
- Cover, cook on low 6 hours or hight 3-4 hours
- When about 15 minutes are left, cook and drain pasta.
- Just before serving, shred chicken with 2 forks and toss mixture with cooked pasta.
