---++ Bacon-Ranch Roasted Cauliflower
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
   * 1/3 c ranch dressing
   * 6 slices bacon, diced, cooked crisp and drained
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 450
   1. Toss cauliflower with dressing.
   1. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil: spread cauliflower on baking sheet.
   1. Bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
   1. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
