---++ Bacon & Swiss Pie

*Ingredients*
| 24 slices | bacon, cooked and crumbled (about 1.5 c) |
| 2 c. | shredded Swiss cheese |
| 2/3 c | chopped onion |
| 1 c | baking mix |
| 2 c | milk |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |
| 4 | eggs |

Heat oven to 400.  Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray.  Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pan.

Stir remaining ingredients with whisk.

Pour into pan.  Bake 35-40 minutes.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
