Bacon & Swiss Pie
Ingredients
24 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (about 1.5 c) |
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese |
2/3 c chopped onion |
1 c baking mix |
2 c milk |
1/4 tsp pepper |
4 eggs |
Heat oven to 400. Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pan.
Stir remaining ingredients with whisk.
Pour into pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
