Bacon & Swiss Pie
Ingredients
| 24 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (about 1.5 c) |
| 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese |
| 2/3 c chopped onion |
| 1 c baking mix |
| 2 c milk |
| 1/4 tsp pepper |
| 4 eggs |
Heat oven to 400. Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pan.
Stir remaining ingredients with whisk.
Pour into pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
