---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 large egg, room temperature
   * 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
   * 1 tsp Dijon mustard
   * 1 c bacon grease, just melted but not hot
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. In blender, blend together egg, vinegar, and mustard.
   1. With the motor running, add bacon grease in a slow, thin, steady stream.
   1. Blend until thick and smooth.
