---++ Baked Chicken and Sweet Potatoes ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 1/2 c zesty Italian dressing * 3 Tbsp brown sugar * 1 tsp dried thyme * 1.5 lbs sweet potatoes (about 3), cut into 3/4" wedges * 8 chicken thighs ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Heat oven to 425 (recipe says 375) 1. Mix dressing, sugar and thyme in large bowl. 1. Add potato wedges; toss to coat. 1. Transfer to rimmed 15" x 10" x 1" baking sheet, reserving mixture in bowl 1. Add chicken to reserved mixture; toss to coat. 1. Place on pan with potatoes. 1. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done (165) 1.
