---++ Balsamic Pork Chops
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 4 pork chops
   * 2 garlic cloves, minced
   * 3 Tbsp EVOO
   * 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
   * 1 tsp salt
   * pepper to taste
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 400 (says 350)
   1. Place pork in baking dish.
   1. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over pork, turning to coat.
   1. Bake 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
