Balsamic Pork Roast
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb pork roast
- salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/3 c chicken broth
- 1/3 c balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
PREPARATION
- Season the pork with salt, garlic powder and red pepper.
- Place in crock.
- Combine broth, vinegar and Worcestershire and pour over roast.
- Drizzle honey over roast.
- Cook on LOW for 7 hours.
- Remove pork and shred.
- Discard all but 1/2 c sauce.
- Combine pork and reserved sauce in crock and keep warm until ready to serve.
