---++ Balsamic Steak
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 lbs (sirloin) steak
   * 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
   * 1/4 c EVOO
   * 4 garlic cloves, minced
   * 1/4 c fresh parsley, chopped
   * 1 tsp salt
   * black pepper to taste
----+++ PREPARATION
   1. Place steak in large dish; season with salt and pepper.
   1. Mix remaining ingredients.  
   1. Spread on both sides of steak
   1. Marinate up to 30 minutes.
   1. Heat broiler.
   1. Spray broiler pan. 
   1. Cook steak about 5-8 minutes/side until desired level of doneness.
