Barbacoa Beef
INGREDIENTS
- hunk of brisket
- 2 canned chipotles
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp jar garlic
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 1/4 c cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 c beef stock
PREPARATION
- set brisket in slow cooker
- stir together remaining ingredients; pour over top
- Cook on LOW 8-10 hours.
- Shred beef and serve.
