| 1 box rice | | up to 2 lbs boneless chicken | | 1/4 c margarine | | 3 onions chopped | | 1 lb smoked sausage | | 2 bell peppers | | 2 28oz containers beef broth | | Slap ya Mama | | 1/4 c. flour | Melt the margarine in the soup pot over medium, adding onions to the pot as you chop and cut the chicken, adding as you cut. Then raise to medium-high cook until the chicken is almost cooked. Meanwhile cut the sausage into 1/4-inch moons. Add the sausage to the pot. Cut the pepper into pieces.
