---++ Beef and Broccoli Soup
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 lb ground beef
   * 1 bag broccoli cuts
   * 1 tsp garlic
   * 1/2 onion, chopped
   * 1/4 c soy sauce
   * 1/4 c fresh ginger
   * 6 c beef broth
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Brown ground beef, drain.
   1. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil.
   1. Simmer until broccoli is tender.
