Beer Barbecue Chicken Thighs
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 8 chicken breasts
- salt & pepper
- 2 medium onions, cut in wedges
- 1 c dark beer
- 1 1/2 c barbecue sauce
PREPARATION
- Heat oil in mondo skillet.
- Salt and pepper chicken pieces.
- Brown chicken in batches so as not to crowd.
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Add onions.
- Combine beer and barbecue sauce; pour over chicken and onions.
- Cook on LOW 8 hours.
