Beer Brisket
INGREDIENTS
- 1 brisket ~ 3 lbs
- 2 large onions, halved, and sliced thickly
- 1 12-oz bottle beer
- 1/2 c chili sauce
- 2 tsp steak seasoning
- whole grain sandwich buns, split and toasted.
PREPARATION
- Place onions in bottom of slow cooker.
- Top with brisket.
- In medium bowl, stir beer, chili sauce, and steak seasoning to mix.
- Pour over brisket.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours
- Transfer brisket to cutting board, let rest 10 minutes.
- Shred or slice thinly.
- Serve with onions on buns.
