---++ Beer-Cheese Kielbasa and Tortellini ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 1 9-oz package toretllini * 3/4 c water * 1/3 c flour * 1 c beer * 1/3 c sliced scallions * 3 Tbsp chili sauce * 2 tsp mustard * 1/2 tsp salt * 1 14-oz kielbasa, cut into half-moons * 1.5 c shredded cheddar ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Fill mondo skillet halfway with water. Bring to boil. 1. Cook tortellini for minimum time listed on package, drain in collander 1. In measuring cup, whisk 3/4 c water with flour. 1. Pour into skillet, stir in beer, scallions, chili sauce, mustard and salt. 1. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer till thickened (about 1 minute) 1. Fold in tortellini and kielbasa.
