---++ Berry Crunch Pie ---+++Ingredients * 3 bags frozen berries, thawed * zest and juice of one lemon * 3 T tapioca * pie crust * 3/4 c flour * 1/4 c brown sugar * 4 Tbsp butter * 1 c granola ---+++ Preparation 1 Preheat oven to 375 2 combine berries with lemon juice and zest 3 Add sugar, stir gently 4 Add tapioca, stir gently 5 Make topping: combine flour and brown sugar, cut in butter.
