Berry Crunch Pie
Ingredients
- 3 bags frozen berries, thawed
- zest and juice of one lemon
- 3 T tapioca
- 3/4 c flour
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 c granola
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375
- combine berries with lemon juice and zest
- Add sugar, stir gently
- Add tapioca, stir gently
- Make topping: combine flour and brown sugar, cut in butter. Add granola and mix with hands
- pour berries in pie shell, cover with topping, patting down, gently.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes
