Best Brats
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg bratwurst
- 1 jar sauerkraut
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 c water
- 8 small red potatoes, quartered
- mustard powder
PREPARATION
- With sharp knife, cut bratwurst into bite-sized pieces.
- Place in bottom of oval crock.
- Drain sauerkraut and place over bratwurst.
- Combine soup and water, pour over sauerkraut
- Place potatoes in crock.
- Sprinkle with a bit of mustard powder.
- Cover. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
