---++ Bow-Tie Pesto Alfredo ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 12 oz box bow-tie pasta * 2 c frozen peas * 1 12-oz package cooked smoked chicken sausage w/apple, mooned * 2 tsp EVOO * 8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms * 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced * 2 c bottled alfredo sauce * 2 Tbsp basil pesto * 2 Tbsp finely shredded Parmesan ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Cook pasta, add frozen peas for last minute. 1. Drain; return to pot and cover to keep warm. 1. Heat mondo skillet on medium. 1. Add sausage, cook about 3 minutes, till heated through and lightly browned. 1. Remove sausage. 1. Add oil. 1. Add mushrooms and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, until tender, stirring occasionally. 1.
