Breakfast Patties 
 INGREDIENTS 
 
-  1 pound extra-lean ground pork or pork tenderloin, ground 
  -  1 tablespoon minced red onion 
  -  1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  -  1 teaspoon dried thyme 
  -  1/2 teaspoon ground sage 
  -  1/2 teaspoon cayenne 
  -  1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 
  -  1⁄4 teaspoon salt
 
 
 PREPARATION 
 
-  Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. 
  -  Shape into 8, 4-inch patties.  
  -  Place a piece of waxed paper between patties and freeze.
  -  Cook in skillet on medium-high till done, turning once.
