   * 6 Tbsp smoked paprika
   * 4 Tbsp salt
   * 2 Tbsp garlic powder
   * 2 Tbsp onion powder
   * 1 Tbsp pepper
   * 1 Tbsp parsley
   * 2 tsp cumin
   * 1 tsp coriander
   * 1 tsp oregano
   * 1/2 tsp chili powder (not hot)

   1. Mix thoroughly
   1. Apply to meat before smoking
