---++ Broccoli and Rice Casserole
---+++ Ingredients
   * 1 onion, diced
   * 1/4 c margarine, melted
   * 2 c converted rice 
   * 2 c water 
   * 1 can cream of mushroom soup
   * 1/2 tsp salt
   * 5oz jar cheese spread
   * 2 10oz pkgs frozen broccoli, thawed
---+++ Procedure
Combine in green crock

Cook on low for 7 hours or high 3 hours
