---++ Cabbage Chicken
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 8 drumsticks
   * 1 small head cabbage, chopped
   * 2 onions, sliced
   * 1/4 c chicken stock
   * 2 Tbsp EVOO
   * salt and pepper to taste
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Preheat oven to 375
   1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper 
   1. Place chicken in 13x9 casserole dish
   1. Arrange cabbage and onions on top of chicken.
   1. Whisk broth and EVOO and drizzle over ingredients in the baking dish.
   1. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
