---++ Caramelized Wings
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2.5 lbs wings
   * 5 tsp EVOO
   * 1/2 c soy sauce
   * 5 tsp ketchup
   * 3/4 c honey
   * 3 garlic cloves, minced
   * salt and pepper to taste
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 375
   1. Place chicken in 13" x 9" pan.
   1. Mix sauce ingredients.
   1. Pour over chicken.
   1. Bake for one hour or till sauce is caramelized.
