Carrot and Parsnip Mash
INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz baby carrots
- 1 lb parsnips, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp butter
PREPARATION
- Put carrots and parsnips in steamer basket over simmering water.
- Cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Remove and place in serving bowl.
- Mash and season with salt and pepper. Add butter.
