Cauliflower and Broccoli in Swiss Cheese Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 4 c broccoli (or one package frozen, thawed)
- 4 c cauliflower (or one package frozen, thawed)
- 1 14-oz jar Alfredo sauce
- 6 oz process Swiss slices, torn
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 tsp thyme, crushed
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c ranch-flavored sliced almonds (optional)
PREPARATION
- In round crock, combine all ingredients except almonds.
- Cover, cook on LOW 6-7 hours or HIGH 3-3.5.
- Stir gently before serving.
- If desired, sprinkle with almonds.
