Cheddar Bacon Chicken Tenders
INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup plain panko crispy bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1 package bacon bits
- 14 oz package chicken tenders
- Ranch dressing
PREPARATION
- Heat oven to 400
- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In shallow bowl or pie plate, beat egg
- In gallon zipper bag, combine bread crumbs, bacon and cheese.
- Dip each tender in egg and then shake in bag until coated; place on baking sheet.
- Bake 12 minutes, turn and bake 8 minutes longer, until crumbs are golden.
- Serve with ranch.
