Cheddar Bay Chicken Biscuit Bake
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bags California vegetables
- 2 tsp Old Bay-style seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can buttermilk Grand style biscuits
- 3 c shredded chicken
- 1 can cream of cheddar soup
- 1/2 c water
- 2 c shredded cheddar
PREPARATION
- Heat oven to 375
- Spray 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray
- Cook vegetables.
- In gallon zip bag, combine seafood seasoning and garlic powder.
- Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into 8 pieces.
- Place biscuit pieces in zip bag; shake well to coat. Set aside.
- In prepared dish, combine vegetables, chicken, soup, water, and 1 cup of cheese.
- Arrange biscuit pieces on top.
- Bake 32-38 minutes until biscuits are deep golden brown.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese; bake 3-5 minutes longer, or until cheese melts.
