Cheese Ball
INGREDIENTS
- 16 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chopped pecans
PREPARATION
- In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- Mix well with hand mixer until smooth
- Mix in cheese, cover bowl and chill
- Shape into ball
- Roll cheese ball in chopped pecans
- Refrigerate at least an hour before serving
