Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs in Cream Sauce
INGREDIENTS
Meatballs
- 1 tsp blk pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 med green onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 1/2 ground beef
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
Sauce
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 beef bouillon cube or 1/2 cup of beef broth
PREPAATION
- preheat oven to 424
- cut cheese into one inch cubes
- beat eggs & mix all ingredients together except cheese
- mold around a tbls of meat around the cheese to form a round shape meatball
- place on cookie sheet with foil on it
- spray with cooking spray
- bake 10-15 minutes until done & the cheese has melted.
- heat sauce ingredients over medium/low.
- add meatballs.
- let it cook about 15 minutes on low/med
