---++ Cheeseburger Pie
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 lb ground beef
   * 1 envelope onion soup mix
   * 2 eggs
   * 1/2 c mayonnaise
   * 1/4 c heavy cream
   * 8 oz cheddar, divided
   * salt and pepper
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 375.
   1. Brown the beef with half of the onion soup mix, drain.
   1. Add other half of soup mix and place in 9" pie plate.
   1. Stir in half of the cheese and top with remaining cheese.
   1. Whisk the eggs, mayonnaise cream and a few grinds of pepper.
   1. Pour over the meat/cheese mixture.
   1. Bake 30 minutes.
   1. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
