Cheesy Bacon Mini Meatloaves
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c milk
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 pkg stuffing mix for chicken
- 3/4 c Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1/3 c barbecue sauce
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 6 slices bacon
PREPARATION
To Freeze
- Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients except bacon.
- Shape into 6 patties; wrap each with a slice of bacon.
- Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Freeze.
To Bake
- Heat oven to 400.
- Place unwrapped frozen patties on parchmented baking sheet.
- Bake 55-65 minutes - until 160.
