---++ Cheesy Bacon Mini Meatloaves
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 eggs
   * 3/4 c milk
   * 1.5 lbs ground beef
   * 1 pkg stuffing mix for chicken
   * 3/4 c Mexican blend shredded cheese
   * 1/3 c barbecue sauce
   * 3 green onions, sliced
   * 6 slices bacon
---+++ PREPARATION
---++++ To Freeze
   1 Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl.
   1 Add remaining ingredients except bacon.
   1 Shape into 6 patties; wrap each with a slice of bacon.
   1 Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Freeze.
---++++ To Bake
   1 Heat oven to 400.
   1 Place unwrapped frozen patties on parchmented baking sheet.
   1 Bake 55-65 minutes - until 160.
