Cheesy Bacon Mini Meatloaves

INGREDIENTS

• 2 eggs
• 3/4 c milk
• 1.5 lbs ground beef
• 1 pkg stuffing mix for chicken
• 3/4 c Mexican blend shredded cheese
• 1/3 c barbecue sauce
• 3 green onions, sliced
• 6 slices bacon

PREPARATION

To Freeze

1. Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients except bacon.
3. Shape into 6 patties; wrap each with a slice of bacon.
4. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Freeze.

To Bake

1. Heat oven to 400.
2. Place unwrapped frozen patties on sprayed baking sheet.
3. Bake 45-60 minutes - until 160.
