---++ Cheesy Beef & Bacon Meatloaf
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 lb bacon, diced and cooked ill crisp
   * 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
   * 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar
   * 2 eggs, beaten
   * 1/3 c bread crumbs
   * 1/3 c mayonnaise
   * 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
   * 1/2 tsp salt
   * 1/4 tsp pepper
   * 1/2 c ketchup
   * 1/4 tsp Tabasco
   * 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
---+++ Preparation
   1. Preheat oven to 375.
   1. Set aside 1/2 cup bacon for topping.
   1. In a large bowl, combine remaining bacon, beef, cheese, eggs bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire salt and pepper; set aside.
   1. Mix together ketchup, hot sauce and mustard.
   1. Reserving 3 Tbsp for topping, mix the rest of the ketchup mixture with the beef mixture.
   1. Put beef mixture in loaf pan. Spread reserved ketchup mixture over beef, then sprinkle with bacon.  
   1. Bake for one hour.  Let stand ten minutes before serving.
