---++ Cheesy Tortellini & Sausage
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 lb cooked Italian sausage
   * 1 small onion, diced
   * 2 cloves garlic, minced
   * 1 jar tomato-basil pasta sauce
   * 1 can diced tomatoes
   * 1/2 c chicken broth
   * 20 oz refrigerated tortellini
   * 1 c mozzarella
   * herb & cheese blend
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. In mondo skillet, cook sausage, onion, and garlic 5-7 minutes, until onion softens and sausage starts to brown.
   1. Stir in sauce, tomatoes, broth and tortellini.  Cover and simmer 8-10 minutes until tortellini is cooked.  
   1. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese, and herb & cheese blend
   1. Serve when cheese is melted.
