16 oz long pasta such as linguini
1.25 - 1.5 lbs boneless chicken (one small pkg or 1/2 lg pkg)
1 container fresh mushrooms
1 Tbsp oil
2 lg onions
1 "family size" bag frozen broccoli
2 Tbsp garlic
4 tsp ginger
6 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp dark sesame oil

Cook pasta according to package directions

Slice mushrooms, set aside. Heat oil in skillet and chop onion adding to skillet as you go. Cut up chicken and add all at once to skillet. Add mushrooms, broccoli, garlic and ginger and cook until mushrooms release their liquid and chicken is no longer pink in center.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup and sesame oil to skillet and stir well to blend, remove from heat.

When pasta is done, drain well and stir into the skillet, coating with sauce.
