Chicken Noodle Soup
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 8 scallions, sliced
- 2 carrots, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 c cooked chicken
- 2 c uncooked noodles
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 5 1/4 c chicken broth
PREPARATION
- in black pot, heat oil over medium.
- Add garlic, onions, and carrots, cook 4 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling.
- Cover, simmer time listed on noodle package or until noodles are tender.
